IT Service Management exists to design, implement, and provide governance for the key operational business processes such as incident, problem, request, change, configuration, knowledge, and availability management. For the processes to be  functional, the team owns, makes available, and constantly develops and improve the ITSM Platform ServiceNow. To make both areas work smoothly, the team works as a DevOps team with Program Management Office and Service Delivery sub-teams. Thus, there are several on-going projects throughout the year.

The team scope is global as well as all the roles in the team meaning that the role is unique for company and has stakeholders in all the countries with IT presence. 

Должностные обязанности и функции:
ServiceNow SACM Product Governance and Improvement:
  • Is responsible for the area/product in ServiceNow platform as an owner.
  • Guards Service Management tool integrity and its integration with other process tools.
  • Familiarizes himself/herself with other Mars ITIL processes’ strategies and road maps to be able to ensure product integration with all other ITIL Processes/ServiceNow products and provide input to the process strategy and road map.
  • Collaborates with Process owner(s) to make sure the new requirements comply with the process and engages process owner in customer conversations when required.
  • Verifies/creates requirements for development related to the tool enhancement.
  • Approves from tool perspective and coordinates tool CIP with support and development teams providing communication back to requestor and process stakeholders.
  • Organizes and participates in testing related to his/her product.
  • Prioritizes CIPs implementation in case of need.

Product design for new customers:
  • Is involved by a demand manager in new projects to consult a customer on requirements and design.
  • Works with project manager to create stories/requirements for development and makes sure testing is complete.

Industry best practices:
  • Keeps tool related knowledge at the proper level through trainings, on-line communities, and the like.
  • Studies industry best practices and ITIL recommendation on the process to be able to spot potential process gaps in the tool.
  • Based on the knowledge acquired, suggests opportunities for process enhancements and tool efficiency and effectiveness improvements.

  • Data modelling/Database design real life experience.
  • Data analysis (BI) experience.
  • General understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g. Networks, Hosting), business applications (e.g. ERP) and its architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing software is a plus.
  • Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements.
  • Exquisite attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including conflict management and an ability to work well with people at all levels in organization and of different cultures.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills, good presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and learn on the fly.
  • University degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
  • ITSM certification is a plus.
