Должностные обязанности и функции
- The mission of the Local IT Manager (LITM) is to provide continuous, high quality IT services across all areas of the location including, but not limited to: Administration, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Labs, Warehouses, Logistics and Security on a 24 X 7 basis;
- The LITM has the requirement to evaluate, utilize and consider guidelines, policies and solutions from various sources including, but not limited to: Corporate and Tire IT Competence Centers or their regional components. The LITM has the responsibility to recommend and implement systems that are appropriate to the plant's operations. When solutions are in direct conflict with plant operations, the LITM has the obligation to challenge and/or adapt. The LITM also formulates an IT strategy with the plant management;
- Drive the implementation of the Manufacturing Suite together with the Competence Center Manufacturing, Controls & Drives and local departments in the plant including Local Key Users;
- The LITM will direct overall IT security, internal and external IT audit compliance and IT Risk Management for the plant in order to avoid local production losses and a threat to Corporate. This includes ensuring the systems environment is protected against network intrusions, theft, security breaches and data losses. In addition, the LITM is responsible for managing local IT Disaster Recovery.
Образование/квалификация
- Higher technical education (IT area is preferable);
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in large international company (manufacturing is preferable);
- Fluent in English;
- Project Management Knowledge (expert level). Understanding and applying of project management (as project member / leader);
- Has preferably gained experience with different cultures in projects or internships.
