Должностные обязанности и функции
- Providing appropriate technical support in the scope of industrial engineering while launching new manufacturing projects, carrying out machines and tools ordering based on capacity analysis;
- Determining headcount planning for launching projects;
- Preparing and analyzing investments for projects on machines and tools, following up real costs during projects roll out;
- Planning and defining production processes on the cost minimization basis, working out methods of process control;
- Initializing, refreshing and following up action plans upon results of internal and external audits;
- Managing working places in accordance to PPS;
- Creating, modifying technological guidelines and norms, procedures and instructions, flow charts and schemes. Monitoring they are applied and followed at working places;
- Controlling and monitoring the equipment is applied in accordance with the specified rules;
- Preparing proposals on improvements of both the process and machines or tools used;
- Implementing standardizing of processes based on the FMEA and PFMEA analysis to achieve continuous improvement of both the process and the quality of the product;
- Carrying out technological documentation agreement among departments involved;
- Analyze machines and measuring instruments on the possibility of tracking Cp and Cpk, keeping statistics, developing procedures;
- Following up projected activities, try outs on new technological processes, implementing them to the massive production;
- Providing technological support to new equipment start-ups;
- Providing trainings for production staff verifying obtained skills afterwards;
- Working out capacity surveys and plans on projects’ progress and up growth.
Образование/квалификация
- Higher technical education;
- Professional experience in engineering (industrial, process) more than 3 years;
- Production processes such as cutting metal pipes and rubber hoses, forming and rolling nipples, degreasing and cleaning aluminum tubes, bending and soldering, pressing and assembly of the finished tubing;
- English (minimum – intermediate);
- Experience in automotive plants is preferred;
- Requirements of ISO/TS 16949;
- SAP and AutoCAD programs, SolidWorks and Catia is desirable;
- Required knowledge of FMEA and PFMEA.
