Цель работы

Ответственность за поддержку одного или нескольких глобальных приложений на базе SAP SuccessFactors и/или SAP HCM, используемых для управления и оптимизации процессов Управления персоналом (HR).

Работа команды глобально влияет на деятельность компании в областях поиска и развития сотрудников (~ 64 000 сотрудников) и обеспечение непрерывности процесса непрямых закупок глобально.

Должностные обязанности и функции

  • Control Service Level Agreements. Take corrective actions to ensure systems stability and operational reliability meet agreed level.
  • Work closely with business functional experts and other service providers and vendors to ensure the service level agreements are met.
  • External Vendor team management including setting goals and KPIs, performance monitoring. Report on Service metrics and KPIs.
  • Understand application landscape and perform/manage technical troubleshooting when required.
  • Continuously work on improvements of system and support services to meet business’ growing requirements.
  • Engage community of business users across the region and globally.
  • Work with similar service functions in Brazil, China to ensure global coverage is provided and best practices shared: Follow the Sun approach.
  • Engage and work closely with the Global Template teams on systems standardization.
  • Develop/improve standard operational and Service Delivery procedures.
  • Act as Service Introduction manager to ensure service requirements are captured as part of rollouts of new services and major enhancements. Ensure that service take on criteria are defined and met for every project.
  • Plan, test and implement enhancement, requests that deliver genuine business benefit (CIP-Continuous Improvements Process).
  • Release, production slots and outage coordination.


  • Excellent communication (especially in English) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of IT support or project experience in any area of global ERP system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing multi-cultural environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
