Цель работы
- Create and lead execution of the regional Pet Product Testing System (PPTS) and Methodology program (MP) in PN Russia. Ensure PPTS and MP are scoped to enable PN Russia OGSM strategies deployment
- Define, scope and lead relevant changes (i.e. digital products deployment, continuous improvement program etc.) to ensure PPTS business processes digitalization unlocking further opportunities and raising regional and global product testing network efficiency
- Apply Product manager practices in product testing area
- Ensure that regional Pet Testing Facilities are in full compliance with legal, welfare and methodology global requirements
- Represent regional interests in the global product testing forums and steering committees. Be key expert in Pet Testing Methodology within the region
Должностные обязанности и функции
- Ensure full correspondence of regional Pet Testing Strategy to PN OGSM
- Work in close collaboration with R&D Digital Transformation Lead and Digital Transformation office to align and ensure timely and successful execution of PPTS Digitalization Strategy
- Co- develop digital products and set-up metrics to monitor effectiveness of the business process (both regional and global level)
- Create constant rapport with Product Owner(s) and ensure business cases, BVA (business value attribution) and product metrics are in place for relevant regional Digital Products in Pet Testing area
- Own regional PPTS KPIs monitoring and improvement agenda
- Lead development and continuous improvement of regional PPTS (Pet Centre and In-home panels)
- Lead the regional Product Performance Monitoring (PPM) program including reporting and communication. Plan to ensure timely delivery, collect and consolidate all PPM data to build reports and dashboards, update and communicate within PN Russia
- Active participation in the global product testing forums and steering community. Provide fictional expertise, contribute in global projects development (methodology, processes & systems) and lead regional implementation of new testing products
- Set-up and lead regional audit program against global standards, to identify and prioritize areas to feed regional CI program. Lead methodology audit and provide expert support.
Образование/квалификация
- High Educations in Natural or Formal Science
- Strong project and/or product management skills
- Upper intermediate English
- Strong understanding of technology trends and concepts, ability to apply technology for solution of complex business problems
- Knowledge/Experience
- Managing of international research projects, big data analysis
