International Trading Company (ITC) wants to establish a chain of wholesale of Second Hand Clothes in Russia.
Currently it operates 2 wholesales, 1 in Moscow and 1 in Rostov Na Don.
ITC has been in the market of trading with Second Hand clothes for 25 years. Previously it has operated a number of wholesales under the brand Name of Trade Link. They were all, except 2, closed for different reasons.
In Partnership with our current supplier ITC wants to again develop this leg of its business because we believe there is a market and a good business opportunity when we have the right products, regular supply and a diligent management.
Our supplier is developed new products for this chain of wholesales. The first are already on the way to Moscow and sale of them shall start from the 2 existing wholesales when they arrive in the end of February.
The idea is to open 2-3 new wholesales in 2019 – which can also sell these products
ITC therefore wants to employ a person who can develop this part of the business and also lead the existing 2 wholesales.

Образование/квалификация
The person shall have experience from sales and management
Shall have management experience from managing other sellers and also managing wholesales located at a distance
Shall have sales experience mainly from selling to wholesale customers
Understanding clothing fashion is an advantage
Experience with starting up wholesales from 0
Experience in working directly with wholesale clients and understanding their needs and business
Shall be good at calculating – understanding when deals are profitable and calculating the probable benefit of ideas and proposals
Experience from working wholesale with Second Hand clothes can be an advantage
The person shall live in Moscow and willing to travel up to 2 weeks a month
Shall have management experience from managing other sellers and also managing wholesales located at a distance
Shall have sales experience mainly from selling to wholesale customers

Условия работы и компенсации
There is a possibility of bonus in the amount of 1 salary per quarter after end of trial period
The company remunerates use of own car/or the company can provide a car if necessary

6 months trial period.
