Check current capacity of existing resources (equipment, tools, staff), make possible way for its increasing to fulfil future demand;
Calculation of current resources' efficiency;
Initiate, manages and support of investment process for involve new resource (hire of staff, purchase new equipment / tools);
Provide this information to internal and external clients;
Define project goals (reduce of losses, increase of production volume, optimize quantity of resources...);
Select project team members needed for achievements of goals;
Agreed with steering team (goals, timing, members and resources) for project;
Setup an initial project plan in accordance with valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestone...);
Present to steering team results (milestone, end of project);
Coordinate intense (bonus) system procedure for blue-collars;
Train all people involved to the process;
Collect and provide all needed for bonus calculation information to people involved in the process;
Check and confirm all KPIs at regular base;
Coordinate of Improvements process (Kaizen) procedure;
Collect and manage improvement ideas from the shop floor people;
Support of approval, introduction and evaluation processes for ideas;
Initiate of incentive payments for ideas, promote the best idea (the best authors) for common recognition;
Introduce needed lean-tools (depend of project targets);
Define guideline for the shop floor trainings (where current tool will receive the most visual results, or where its introduction more critical);
Facilitate lean tool introductions (presentations, procedures...);
Manages and support roll-out of the lean tools;
PROMT (project management system) training for the employees of all levels except top management;
Support of the local project leaders during preparation and implementation of projects;
Preparation of PROMT reporting for the local management and central PROMT applying approved template;
PROMT documentation - ensure timely update of the PROMT templates, update local PROMT procedure according to the central PROMT requirements;
Local IE procedures prepared in cooperation with industrial engineers;
Following the local procedures applicable for IE;
Regular update of layouts in cooperation with industrial engineers and process engineers;
Definition of material flows in cooperation with industrial engineers and process engineers;
Analysis of material flows in cooperation with industrial engineers and process engineers;
Capacity calculation utilization of equipment, creation of developing scenarios;
Reporting.

Higher technical education;
At least 2 years of relevant experience (automotive is preferable);
Solid understanding of project management (as project leader / member / facilitator);
Deep understanding of key processes (esp. efficiency and cost analysis) and tools (Project, Change and Performance Management Tools, TPM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM, Lean, TPS / 6 sigma, Visio, AutoCAD);
MS Excel – expert level;
English from Intermediate level.
