Legal Counsel

▪ Give suggestions on review of internal processes and their optimization;
▪ Provide legal support regarding activities of the Company legal entities: sales, construction, production (especially Automotive Industry), services related to plant production (electricity, water, waste, other), operations/ logistics, import/ export, environmental, labor, taxes, currency control, real estate issues related to plants' buildings/ land;
▪ Provide support on issues related to regional legislation state authorities requests/ audits (Rostechnadzor, Prosecutor’s office, Labor inspection, etc.), including representation functions;
▪ Perform legal analysis of certain legal entities' activities and development of opinion on possible business oriented solutions;
▪ Communicate with management for implementation of different legally driven projects;
▪ Involve and manage external legal advisers;
▪ Analize the risk of legal issues which may affect production and sales business as well as whole business in Russia;
▪ Work on disputes with third parties;
▪ Prepare to and represent of the clients in court hearings on legal entities related matters;
▪ Manage and duly report on all disputes/ litigation cases.

• University degree in law;
• Fully Licensed Russian Lawyer with at least 1-year experience in an international law firm and/or in an international B2B company;
• Broad knowledge in several legal fields: law of taxation, labour relations law, administrative law, civil law (law of contracts, corporation law, etc.);
• Broad knowledge in private international law;
• Prior experience working with trade unions;
• Fluent in English.
