Должностные обязанности и функции
Realize the procurement sub-category strategy;
▪ Lead local purchasing projects;
▪ Being expert for the local categories: market analysis, spend analysis, internal needs, TCO, cost models;
▪ Ensure timely materials/services delivery according to the best quality and the best price;
▪ Organize and hold the tenders in line with the policies and procedures of the company;
▪ Ensure the solid pool of suppliers and contractors and their qualification and evaluation;
▪ Ensure the document flow and contracts handling in accordance with all local processes and legal requirements;
▪ Realize the cooperation with suppliers, working with global as well as the most preferred local suppliers;
▪ Conduct the reclamation work;
▪ Organize Supplier relation program and monitor its implementation;
▪ Conduct negotiation with suppliers;
▪ Take part in \ steer global and local procurement projects as well as cross-functional projects;
▪ Learn new purchasing technologies and tools and implement them accordingly;
▪ Propose changes in relevant policies and procedures for their optimization;
▪ Configure and present task area-related reports on demand.
Образование/квалификация
▪ Has at least 2 years’ experience in the relevant function;
▪ Understanding of project management basics (as project member / leader);
▪ English language skills (at least intermediate level).
